Review by hotel critic
I recently enjoyed a four-night stay at Casa Ermelinda Villa, which is conveniently located just a short walk from Amalfi's port. Although there are about 50 stairs leading up to the apartment, it felt manageable compared to other spots in the area. The location is a gem, allowing for easy access to local shops, restaurants, and the main square. Raffaele, the owner, provided a warm welcome, meeting us at the port and handling our luggage, which was a thoughtful touch. Inside, the apartment was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including Wi-Fi and a fully stocked kitchen. One highlight was Raffaele's recommendation of the Ottium Spa in Minori, a serene escape that complemented our stay perfectly. It offered a tranquil atmosphere, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful Amalfi Coast. The value for money was evident, and I'd consider returning in the future to relive this restorative experience. If you're seeking a place to relax in a vibrant setting, this spot could be for you.
